Acceptance of Terms

By booking a shoot, submitting payment, or paying a deposit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. These terms apply to all projects including real estate, weddings, events, commercial productions, and any custom scope agreed upon between the client and Michael FPV.

Deposits & Payment Structure

Certain projects require a non-refundable deposit to secure your shoot date and block time on our calendar. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking and may range from 25% to 50% of the total project cost depending on scope and timeline.

The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files, or as otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to complete payment does not entitle the client to retain any delivered assets.

Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made to Michael FPV are non-refundable. This includes deposits, partial payments, and full balances. Once payment is submitted, it cannot be reversed regardless of whether the shoot has taken place.

This policy exists because time is blocked, preparation is done, and in many cases equipment and travel are arranged well in advance of your scheduled shoot date.

No Refund for Client Errors or No-Shows

No refund, credit, or reshoot will be issued in the following situations:

It is the client's full responsibility to provide accurate booking information, confirm the shoot address, and be present or ensure access is available at the agreed time.

When Michael FPV Is at Fault

If a project is not delivered due to an error, technical failure, or oversight on our part, Michael FPV will offer one of the following at our discretion:

No monetary refund will be issued under any circumstance. Our commitment is to make it right through the work itself — not through reimbursement.

Date Changes

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the original shoot date. One reschedule is permitted per booking at no charge, subject to availability. Additional reschedules may incur a rebooking fee. Rescheduling does not entitle the client to a refund of any deposit or payment already made.

Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery timelines are as follows: real estate and commercial shoots within 24–48 hours; events within 3–5 business days; weddings within 5–7 business days. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity. Rush delivery may be available at an additional charge.

Usage Rights

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use all delivered footage and photos for marketing, MLS listings, social media, paid advertising, and general commercial use. Michael FPV retains the right to use project footage in portfolio, showreel, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

FAA & Airspace

All drone operations are conducted by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot and comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The client is responsible for obtaining any required venue permits or property permissions prior to the shoot date. Michael FPV reserves the right to cancel or modify a shoot if airspace restrictions, weather conditions, or safety concerns prevent safe flight — in which case a reschedule will be offered.
